Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY:

Items, including download weblinks, will be despatched within 48 hours of your order. Please contact us via our Contact Page if your order fails to arrive within 7 days. All items are sent using Royal Mail 1st class.

Delivery charges include the cost of postage and packaging. Our posters are despatched in sturdy cardboard tubes, and our CDs in chunky cardboard envelopes, so that they reach you in peak condition.

Download resources are dispatched electronically. Within 24 hours of your order being is placed, an HTML link will be sent to you via email from which the resource can be downloaded in A4 PDF format. The purchaser of the downloaded resource is entitled to copy and distribute the resource only within the purchasing establishment.

Regrettably, due to copyright restrictions, our posters are not currently available outside the UK.

PAYMENT METHODS:

CREDIT or DEBIT CARDS: Add the items you require to your basket. The order will be processed and payment collected through Paypal, an industry leader in online secure payment.

PURCHASE/ORDER CHEQUES: you can either use our online pay-in-30-days ordering system or download an order form and post it to us. An invoice will be despatched with your goods and/or by email. Our terms of payment on purchase orders are 30 days, however do feel free to enclose a cheque with your order instead!

Please note: Orders for downloads placed by post MUST include an email address so that we can send you a weblink.

RETURNS:

If you are not happy with your posters for any reason, you may return then for a refund of the cost. Please obtain a proof of posting. Any refund will be issued once we have received the goods, in the condition in which you received them. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS AFTER 7 DAYS. It is therefore essential that you check you are happy with your order as soon as you receive it.

We are not able to offer refunds on downloaded or CD-stored resources.

DATA PROTECTION:

We store and process customer data in accordance with the current data protection laws. We will never disclose your personal details to anyone else ever.
