You can send us an order by post using our downloadable order form and pay by invoice within 30 days.
What happens when I order a download?
Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an email confirming your order. It will also include a link to the page from you can download your item.
What happens if I don't download the product in seven days?
All our downloads are time-limited to seven days. If you don't download it within seven days, you can send us an email including your original invoice number and we'll reactivate the link for you.
What happens if I lose the download link - or lose the file I've downloaded?
The license for all our downloadable products allows the purchasing establishment to use and copy the resource for life. So if you lose it, or it disappears from your computer, or you cannot get it to work for any reason, send us an email (including various identifying details, eg name of school, invoice number, etc) and we'll replace it with a new copy.
Is there any difference between the downloadable and the CD versions of your resources?
No. No difference at all. Except one's on a CD.So it costs more. And you have to pay shipping on a CD as well. We're not trying to put you off them, though. Honest.
I've got a good idea for a teaching resource. Are you interested?
Yes. Email it to us please. So far, everything we've published has been produced in house. But we're more than happy to work with other teachers.
